Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped, scheduled, or marked as “in progress.” For services (e.g., roofing installations), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

How can I check the status of my order?

“Processing” means your order is being prepared for shipping or scheduling (for services). This typically takes 1–3 business days. You’ll receive another notification once it ships or is confirmed.
